| ENC 3310 Magazine Writing Dr. Kathleen Bell Magazine Writing focuses on developing the writing, research, analytical, and rhetorical skills needed to design and produce articles, each for a specific purpose and audience. Writing projects for this course include three types of articles and a style analysis. Participation in editing groups is integral to success in the course. This is a Gordon Rule course requiring a C or better to fulfill graduation requirements. Prerequisites: ENC 1101 and 1102 |

ENC 3311 W Advanced Expository Writing Advanced Expository Writing focuses on strengthening your critical thinking skills and your ability to make effective rhetorical choices in expressing those thoughts. This particular section incorporates an international/global emphasis as a means of fostering those abilities. The readings we discuss as a group and the subjects on which you write require you to incorporate a global perspective.
